I really needed to get a brand new HVAC system.  I had a 39 year old handler located in the attic and it was in terrible shape.  The heater wasn’t working anymore making it unbearable inside the house during the freeze we had in Florida a few weeks ago.  Looking for a reliable AC Service business in Florida can be a challenge.  Campbell Cooling was referred to me by someone trust worthy and I gave it a shot.  The best decision I ever made, Jason came to my house, made an assessment on current AC situation.  He was professional, kind, respectful, informative, helpful and gave me a fair quote because this was a BIG JOB. Jason has an amazing staff, both Cory and Richie showed up early to start working on removal and new installation of entire HVAC system. I never saw them chatting on the phone or wasting time. The process from carefully covering the floors,  removing handler, carefully moving new handler to the attic and keeping house structure intake was exceptionally outstanding. They did not leave until the job was done.  I am forever grateful for the attention to detail and the kindness and respect they constantly showed to us.  I highly recommend them. Big thanks to Jason for coming out to our home in Fort Pierce and quickly diagnosing our R‑32 sensor issue on our new Goodman system. He replaced the sensor fast, and our house is cooling perfectly. Our first time using Campbell cooling, We had company in town and 8 people in our house. Of course our thermostat goes out and when we replace it, we have heat blowing instead of cool air. Jason was here within an hour of calling and quickly fixed the problem. We needed him again recently and he was super informative, friendly, and got the issue fixed the same day the part needed came in.  He is always beyond nice and very professional.
